A little peak at what progress there has been on the textile end of things in the studio.
A lot of influences swimming around my head from Navajo weaving to the hand stitching of India to the quilts of Gee's Bend...along with physicality,sensuality,attachment to clothing and our sentimental objects (blankets an what not), how "wear" and "tear" affect/effect it all/us all, science,biology,energy and mapping..not to mention patches and covering up what isn't "perfect".
And on it goes. Hope to have things together for Open Studios in March at the Harwood, see you then.
